HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT THE VENUE?

CAN I COME SEE THE SPACE?
Yes! We would be happy to give you a scheduled walk-through Monday through Friday during business hours and answer any questions. Once the space is booked our Event Team will be available for additional scheduled walk-throughs for you and your vendors. You may book your appointment by contacting us here.
DO YOU HAVE A SOUND SYSTEM?
Yes, the A/V package includes digital signage, microphone, televisions and projectors throughout the venue, 60 house speakers, and 12 moving-head, color stage lights that can be custom set up. This is an optional enchantment that can be purchased for your event.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the Venue or on the Patio. Smoking is only allowed outside on south side of building in the parking lot. We do allow cigars on the patio and in other designated areas.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?
We accept cash, bank ach, check and major credit cards.
DO YOU REQUIRE ANY SPECIFIC VENDORS?
The vendors we require that you use is a licensed bartending service, staffing and security. You can find our favorite vendors on our preferred vendors page where you can find all their contact info! All outside vendors need to be pre-approved through our event coordinator.
DOES THE BRITTMOORE PROVIDE FURNITURE?
The Brittmoore provides furnishings throughout the venue for numerous seating areas and lounge areas. If you would like to bring in additional tables, chairs, stages or other items we can
DO YOU REQUIRE SECURITY?
Security is required for every event at The Brittmoore, but we will set this up for you.
CAN I DROP OFF ITEMS THE DAY BEFORE?
It is unlikely, but you can discuss this with the venue manager after booking. In the event that we have storage available, or there is not an event booked that day, we may be able to accommodate you. The Brittmoore is not responsible for items left unattended.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All payments are non-refundable, but you can buy reschedule insurance at the time of booking to reschedule up to 6 months in advance.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
It is hard to say, but we always encourage the sooner the better. There are months where we have a full calendar a year in advance and months with openings up to a month prior.
